Applying for a specific service

Service applications — the full case-intake questions for a verification, a care enrolment, a payment-proof case or a Talent trial order — are taken inside the member portal from launch, because they carry documents and case details that belong in the case system, not on a marketing page. Request access here and name the service; your application invitation is the first thing the launch sends you.

What happens next

  1. Today: nothing is transmitted — the form runs in preview so its exact questions can be judged in the open, and the panel at its foot says so when you complete it.
  2. At the launch gate: this page begins taking submissions directly; the list is contacted in order, per service and city, as intake opens for each.
  3. Your record: the consent you give — what you agreed to, when, through which page — is kept with the record itself, and launch contact is the only use it is put to.
