What we check
Smaller questions, the full standard.
ClanInspect runs on the ClanVerify field bench. The categories differ; the evidence rules do not.
The five benches
What we check, category by category.
Cars & vehicles
Identity against documents (VIN, plate, customs papers where they exist), engine and gearbox run test, accident and repair signs, odometer consistency, interior and electrics, photographs of every panel and of the documents themselves.
Goods & consignments
Presence and count against the invoice, condition and packaging, seals and serials where fitted, warehouse or market-stall reality — is the stock physically there, in the quantity claimed?
Businesses & premises
The business exists and trades where it says it does: premises, signage, stock and activity observed, staff spoken to, neighbouring traders asked — the ground truth behind a proposal or a partnership.
Tenants & occupancy
Who actually lives or trades in your property: occupancy confirmed in person, condition walked and photographed room by room, meter and utility state recorded.
Verified errands
Documents collected and sighted, items purchased against a list and receipted, deliveries witnessed — an errand is only “verified” when the file shows it happened, with evidence attached.
The standard
Every inspection is unannounced inside its dispatch window, evidenced with time-stamped photographs, reviewed off-site before issue, and filed under a report ID you can check. A question we cannot answer honestly is declined, not guessed at.
